With virtually all the firms now priced up with the exception of the pathetic big two, who choose only to price the Friday fixtures, I have managed to top up my stake on all of my selections which was nice. I've gleaned some team news from the Halifax and Featherstone camps and they may well have some omissions which is good news for our bets. I've managed to find another wager too...

Widnes come off the back of a very fine draw at Salford last weekend and their squad appears stronger week by week. However, I've found that this season teams are failing to perform on the back of a really big performance. Take the St.Helens v Leeds game that must have took a lot out of each other in a brutal game. A week later Cas and Wigan both inflict defeats on those two before normal service is resumed the following week.
Doncaster will be up for this one. They have assembled a promotion challenging squad and I think they can push Widnes all the way. Widnes proved in defeat at Barrow in the cup that they are not infallible against Division 2 opposition. I'm envisaging a close encounter before Widnes edge it in the final quarter though I wouldn't completely rule out a home win. I had Widnes by 8pts.
