Colorado Rockies (Jimenez 4-8, 4.21) @ New York Mets (Martinez 3-2, 6.86)

Just found this potential little gem. The Rockies have lost their way in terms of offence in the last few matches and have plenty of injuries to contend with. Now Martinez is settled back into the rotation we should expect more consistency from him as he has been one of the best MLB pitchers of the modern era and you don't just lose it overnight with an injury. Jimenez has found some form in recent times and is starting to give away very little in terms of run scoring opportunities so I consider this to be a potential pitching duel despite the high era of Martinez in 2008 thus far.
Don't expect many runs as last night only yielded three. Accept under 8.5 at a generous 1.97.
