Portland have got many injuries and Oden is the latest addition to the inactive list. Even Nate, their coach joins them with injury and stayed home. Still, with all this chaos, Roy should and will be their anchor. Roy averages 20 points a game, but it includes rivals like Charlotte where the score was lower than possible even. Oden's injury should also serve well Miller and Roy (Miller especially, but it's not about him now) with the paint now much more open for drives to the hoop. Oden is a good player, but he can't play outside the paint, so there was little room for the guards to drive to.

I believe that Roy should easily score 25+ points and it's really easy bet for me.
