Saturday Night NBA
By DivolLos Angeles Clippers v San Antonio Spurs

Dunleavy is finally fired as head coach, leaving him as the GM only. I know that many people wish he would get fired as GM as well, but honestly I think he does not that bad of a job as a GM but that's another story. As for the team, as I understand Davis wanted to play much faster basketball since last season and he and Dunleavy had many encounters about it last season (didn't hear about it this season, but I guess Davis will still gladly up the tempo). I think that with this roster, the last thing that Clippers will want is to bring an even slower tempo to the game. I can easily see them go on a run and gun mode though. Camby and Davis know the system very well, with Gordon and Thornton also fitting that system well.
Spurs on the other hand putting up much bigger numbers in their games than the public acknowledges I believe. Can easily see this game cross 200 points mark.
Pick: Over 193.5, 1.91 - 2.5 units play - Paddy Power
Portland Trailblzers v Los Angeles Lakers

Lakers should lift the "Portland curse" tonight. Bayless is probably out, Roy maybe as well. I think that Kobe looked almost healthy all of a sudden last night. His finish still a bit off and he moves not 100%, but he is better than he was the past week. Lakers can't afford themselves to lose this one and I just think that Portland will be in big problems today, since they never could win Lakers through frontcourt, only back court and today they will struggle in that with their injuries. Lost already once full stakes bet on the Lakers against Portland this season, but never backed off a bet, if it's good and this one looks really solid.
Pick: Lakers -2.5 1.91 - 5 units play -
