Alba Berlin v Aris BSA

The loss to Le Mans forces Aris to either win today's game or to win in Le Mans and win Alba or Joventut at home by bigger margin than they lost on a road. Alba is the perfect chance as I see it for Aris to recover and leave themselves a chance in this cup. Chubb is probably out, Jenkins is the type of player that Blatt's teams usually do a decent job against and Aris just looks good recently, despite poor result and shocking loss at home to LeMans (they recovered this weekend in the league).

As for us, the line backers, the deal even better. 6 of the 8 games Alba played this year in Eurocup, resulted in 5 or lower margin. They keep scores low and game tight, so even if Aris losses, we still got decent chance for the cover.

Turk Telecoma v Crvena Zvezda

I just don't believe that TT players forgot how to play basketball. Wilson, Besok and Mallet are Euroleague calibre players. They had terrible trip to Canaria and were stunned at home by Nymburk, but still, this is a good team.

Zvezda on the other hand with two great wins. Canaria probably won't beat them by 30 points in Spain and Nymburk is a rival they can beat at home.

A loss today will mean game over for the local team and I can't imagine Zvezda going 3 – 0 while TT going 0 – 3 in the same group.
