Thursday Night NBA
By DivolDenver Nuggets v Los Angeles Lakers

9th April 03:35 GMT
This is one of the situations where you just have to bet over the maximum stakes that you usually take. We have got Lakers, off a loss at home to a possible first round candidate Spurs, while Denver won last night, another Western playoff team against Thunder on the road. While Denver will play B2B, yesterday's game was a really tough one. Lakers on the other hand have had a rest since that game on Sunday, so they come fully focused and rested to their biggest game of the final week of the season. Denver on the other hand, still have to play Utah and Phoenix, two much more important games, since those teams are their direct rivals for the 2 - 5 places.
On top of that, while Lakers can overcome the injury of Bynum, by placing Odom and Gasol as big guys, Denver lost Martin and Andersen and now play with Petro as starter and Allen as backup. Both are really not the type of players that should be influential on a playoff candidate's roster. Lakers also got a double revenge, after getting blown out of Denver and losing the first game in Staples Center. They won the second game, but the revenge will be completed only after tonight's game.
So we have got the better team, with less injury, more motivated and better rested as dog?
Picks:
Lakers to win, 2.15, 4.5 units play - Stan James
Lakers +2, 1.92, 2.5 units play - Pinnacle
Sacramento Kings v Los Angeles Clippers

9th April 03:05 GMT
The 1st half Over have not been hitting in Kings games recently but I do like the bet tonight. Both teams should play high tempo and I saw the Kings games recently. It was really bad luck for the Over bets not to win. Against Spurs for example, there were four attacks in a row, two by each team missing an easy layup in fast break. Missed FT's against Portland and so on... Tonight I think it should be an easy Over.
Pick: Over 100 points in 1st half, 1.91 - 3.5 units play - 5Dimes
