Sunday Night NBA

By Divol

Boston Celtics v Los Angeles Lakers

14th June 01:05 GMT

I don't have any strong play tonight, so I will try many small plays that have value and hope to be much more times right than wrong tonight. I think that Lakers should win tonight's game. First of all, no team have yet to win two games in a row and for a good reason. We can see that each game, the team that lost the game before, comes with much more energies. In Game 4, Lakers played as if they didn't want to win. I can't begin to understand how you can play that way in the NBA Finals, but I have seen Lakers play with more intensity in the regular season even. It all starts and ends with Kobe. It looked like he is toying with Boston, something that is stupid and dangerous, but it appeared to be so. But, since I took already Lakers to win the series 4 - 2, I rather actually get some insurance and take Boston to win, so that if Boston does win, we lose only half of what we staked on the series bet. The Second bet is on Lakers Over 91.5 points. I think this is the best chance for the Over play. Lakers scored so far less and less every game and today I think it will change. I can add that in the four games so far, Lakers scored over this total twice, missed it by half a point in Game 3 and if one of the two attempts in the final seconds of Game 4 would have gotten it, they would have gone Over in Game 4 as well. Today they should get back Bynum, improved Odom and Artest and improved Kobe. I believe it should be enough to score 94+ points tonight. Talking of improved Odom and Artest, it's hard not to take them to go Over their props after Phil called them out after Game 4. Both should respond well on both sides of the floor.

I will take again the bets that failed me in Game 4:

Fisher again to take Over 2.5 rebounds - after getting in foul trouble in Game 4, I hope it won't be the case tonight. I will try yet again Bynum to block more than Perkins that is yet to block even once in this series, so far it appears that worst case scenario we get money back. The final play is Kobe +0.5 steals against Rondo. The bet would have won in Game 4 if not Rondo's steal with 33 seconds on the game clock. I think Kobe should have another chance tonight.
