The Premier League hits Sheffield today and Profit Swing will be in attendance for what is sure to be a great night of tungsten. Our first bet is a maximum and that is that during tonight's coverage John Gwynne will say this phrase, "Well it’s the city of Steel Sydney and Taylor certainly stole that leg”. No bookies have priced up but ask friends for odds as I assure you he will say it!

First on, Adrian Lewis versus the increasingly embarrassing Terry Jenkins. We have done well from the Bulls shocking play in the last fortnight but sadly our old friends the bookies have latched on to his decline now. The selection is still Lewis but it will form part of a combination bet later.

Second match on sees Ronnie Baxter take on Mervyn King. The recent records and averages point to a dead level game but as happened with Lewis recently the bookies have overreacted to Baxter's defeat by Phil Taylor. Baxter is terrified when playing Phil Taylor like many others but if he returns to the form of the previous three games the averages have him on top. At the prices he has to be the call. He will form the second leg of tonight's Yankee.

The third game sees Phil Taylor play the partially resurgent James Wade and I feel we may well see a shock here. Taylor was dreadful last week and only won because Baxter was psyched out against him as usual. Wade usually raises his average against Taylor which could well be enough. Taylor has all but qualified for the Finals and may well be easing up on practice at the moment. We have opposed Taylor once before this year and King got a draw. I sniff another shock tonight so Wade is the third selection in our Yankee.

Raymond Barneveld is another player whose decline we have profited from and we will continue to oppose him tonight. Whitlock played his best darts all year last week and is slowly settling into real big time darts. I think Barneveld has given up on qualifying but Whitlock could cement a top four place by winning tonight.

We are placing a Five point in total Yankee on tonight’s four games with TOTESPORT. The prices are as follows.

We will also play our regular insurance lucky 15 on all games to be a draw, the best odds I have seen are with Ladbrokes .
