Everton vs Birmingham

After backing Birmingham a few times successfully in the past few weeks, I feel no reason to stop doing so here. Everton remain slumped in 15th place while Birmingham have climbed to 8th, but Everton have shown signs of improvement in the last couple of games, with morale-boosting draws against Tottenham and Chelsea.

I'd be surprised if Birmingham didn't get a result given their great form, but am reluctant to go for the straight win considering Everton's recent renaissance of resilience, even though the braver among you will surely be more than happy to slam into the 4.5 for the Brum win.
