Murray Looking to Find his Sucker Punch
Andy Murray has certainly not put in a bad set of displays so far in Monte Carlo, but the fact of the matter remains that the clay season is not going to be the time of year during which Andy Murray finds himself being the big star of the show, unless, that is, several players find themselves unfortunately injured or else unable to compete in the French Open. The tennis French Open betting certainly reflects this.
However, what is important now is that Andy Murray ensures that he is able to build a solid foundation upon which to build in future tournaments, something that his recent discussions with David Haye will have helped with. With Haye providing Murray with tips as to how best to appoint the right coach and build relationships with them in order to become world champion, the player must now start to look for ways to make himself a man who can not only be good during Grand Slams, but also show himself to be an individual capable of glory. The men's French Open betting indicates he won't shine there, but a good showing would boost his confidence.
If Murray has taken the advice from Haye on board, he may be able to start putting together a team that can have a huge impact on his mental weaknesses and start to encourage him to stand up to the big hitters that have previously knocked him out of tournaments he otherwise had a good chance of winning, or at the very least progressing further in.
Despite this, Murray may yet still fundamentally lack the mental strength required to succeed, even if he has the best coaches in the business and a bit more belief in himself.
