Course Specifications:
Hole 1 Par 4 Metres 364
A relatively easy hole to begin the round with the drive favouring the left side of the fairway to avoid the two bunkers on the right. A short approach shot should provide plenty of birdie opportunities.
Hole 2 Par 4 Metres 413
This is one of the course’s most difficult holes where a long drive is an advantage. The position of the flag is a decisive factor in the hole’s difficulty.
Hole 3 Par 3 Metres 154
The tee is in an elevated position and the green surrounded by water. This is arguably the most difficult par three which requires precision with a medium iron
Hole 4 Par 4 Metres 399
A downward-sloping hole that requires a good drive and a very accurate medium iron in order to reach the green, well-protected by three bunkers. The green is a pronounced oval with three levels.
Hole 5 Par 5 Metres 470
An upward sloping, straight hole. The landing area falls between the water to the right and a bunker to the left. The green can be reached in two shots.
Hole 6 Par 4 Metres 413
A difficult hole with a left dogleg. The drive’s descent is not easy since the hole is protected by water to the left and two bunkers to the right. It requires a highly accurate iron for the second shot towards a green with two platforms and well-protected by its four bunkers.
Hole 7 Par 3 Yards 211
A slightly upward-sloping hole that requires to be played with a long iron. The entrance to the green is protected by three bunkers.
Hole 8 Par 4 Metres 347
As the second shortest par four on the course, this is a relatively easy hole without any great obstacles. The fairway is protected by a bunker to the left and another the left of the drive’s descent. A good shot off the tee turns this into a relatively easy par four with a real chance of attacking the flag.
Hole 9 Par 5 Metres 499
All the way down the left is out of bounds. Attempting to reach the hole in two shots is highly risky due to the water protecting the green both to the front and to the right.
Hole 10 Par 4 Metres 386
A right dogleg the drive must be accurate since the fairway is protected by two bunkers to the right and two to the left. The green is protected by water to the right and a bunker at the back.
Hole 11 Par 3 Metres 181
A complicated hole with a small green protected by five bunkers. It must be played with a highly accurate medium iron due to the green’s platforms.
Hole 12 Par 4 Metres 347
Right dogleg. This hole is a breathing space presenting no great difficulties but the position of the flag can make this hole a little tricky.
Hole 13 Par 5 Metres 473
A comfortable par five, easily reached in two shots but where the out of bounds to the left must be avoided.
Hole 14 Par 4 Metres 392
This requires a straight drive between two stands of trees and a highly accurate second shot to the green, well-protected by water both to its front and its left.
Hole 15 Par 4 Metres 401
This hole is long and difficult. It requires a long, accurate drive since the descent of the drive to the left is protected by a lake while to the left are two bunkers. After a good shot, the drive does not present any great problem.
Hole 16 Par 5 Metres 478
With a long, accurate drive, the green can be reached in two shots, but players need to be wary of the water that protects the green’s entrance.
Hole 17 Par 3 Metres 207
This is a difficult par three with a sloped green and the two bunkers at its entrance.
Hole 18 Par 4 Metres 395
A difficult hole to finish of the round. The drive’s descent is protected by a large lake to the left and two bunkers to the right. The lake bordering the green increases the difficulty of the second shot.
